‘Jackass’ Involved in Wrongful Death

The parents of a man killed while riding with Jackass star Ryan Dunn are suing both Dunn’s estate and the bar that served him alcohol.  The two were killed when an intoxicated Dunn drove his car through a guardrail, causing it to flip into a ravine, crash into a tree, and burst into flames.  At the time of the accident, Dunn’s blood-alcohol levels were more than twice the legal limit.
