What are Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act (NAFI) cases?

March 14, 2016

NAFI cases involve injuries to civilian employees working at Army and Air Force exchange stores around the country and the world. There are more than 35,000 stores. These exchange stores are large groups of stores selling all sorts of goods and services such as apparel, movies, home appliances, uniforms, guns, and food. They also include hundreds of outside vendors such as Taco Bell, Subway and Burger King.

The NAFI Act provides injured employees with lost wages, medical treatment, and settlement of cases for people who qualify. If you have been injured, contact our office for help.
