A New Jersey high school student has filed a lawsuit after her SAT scores were thrown out due to a typo on the test. The class action lawsuit was filed against the creators and administrators of the exam that the plaintiff took on June 6. The lawsuit was filed last week in federal court in New Jersey and contends that the defendants are guilty of breach of contract and negligence.
