McFalls settles personal injury case against retail store

Tim was able to force a settlement with a retailer in Huntsville, Alabama.  The case was settled pre-suit and our client is being compensated for the medical expenses she incurred and the physical pain and suffering she endured.  We are always thrilled to see that a client is made whole after suffering personal injury.
