McFalls files suit against WalMart

Timothy M. McFalls recently filed suit in a personal injury and premises liability case in Limestone County, Alabama. Our client was at Walmart to do some grocery shopping when he fell in an unidentified substance on the floor.  No signage was present to warn our client of the hazard.  Tim is seeking judgment in favor of our client for medical bills in the past and future; physical pain and mental anguish in the past and future; physical impairment in the past and future; and all other compensatory damages supported by the evidence.
