Hodges settles motorcycle wreck case in Madison County

Jeremiah recently settled a serious motorcycle injury case involving a Huntsville resident that was severely injured while riding his motorcycle on Jordan Lane by a negligent driver in a company vehicle.  The Defendants, the driver and the company employing the driver, denied liability and inaccurately claimed that our client was speeding.  Through a lawsuit and discovery, Jeremiah was able to prove that the driver was negligent and, therefore, responsible for our client’s damages under Alabama law.  Our client was relieved to get the case resolved without the need of a trial and very satisfied with the result obtained.
