Jackson T. Herring
I was born and raised in Huntsville Alabama and am proud to call this area home. I graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Acquisition Management. While there, I was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies and consistently earned recognition on both the President’s and Dean’s Lists.
I earned my Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, I served as an Executive Member and Director of Negotiation for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and was a member of the National Negotiation Team. I was also the winner of the Strickland Negotiation Competition. These experiences strengthened my passion for advocacy and taught me the value of preparation and creativity in problem-solving.
Before joining Hodges Trial Lawyers, I clerked for a well-regarded mass tort and personal injury firm in Birmingham. There, I gained experience working on civil cases involving automobile and tractor-trailer accidents, product liability, nursing home abuse, and mass tort litigation. I assisted in drafting complaints, discovery, and legal memoranda, and I prepared detailed demand packages for clients across the country. Those experiences taught me how to dig deep into complex cases and, more importantly, how to keep the client’s story at the center of everything we do.
At Hodges Trial Lawyers, I am honored to help individuals and families throughout Alabama navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Whether it’s a car accident, premises liability case, or insurance dispute, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, thorough, and determined representation to every client I serve. I am thrilled to join Jeremiah’s team and represent injured people that need help.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, following Alabama football, and getting outdoors whenever I can.
