The American Association for Justice released a report detailing how the Bush Administration has used a doctrine called preemption to make Americans less safe. The National Commodore Club of Vanderbilt University recently published an article by Kenny in the magazine "Commodore Nation" which was sent to its worldwide membership.  The National Commodore Club supports athletic competition at Vanderbilt in the tough Southeastern Conference by funding scholarships for true student/athletes.  In his article, Kenny talks about the importance of giving back to family, friends, and Country; and discusses the impact on him of a Vanderbilt education and the opportunities he has had as a lawyer to give back to the community by making big businesses just a little bit safer.
